Overview

Jeremy Da Silva Reis is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice of VANDENBULKE. He advises multinational groups and private equity investors on both domestic and international transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity), group restructuring or reorganisation and corporate governance issues. Jeremy focuses on Luxembourg corporate and contract law and has extensive experience in the field of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and structuring investments through Luxembourg companies, either in share deals or asset deals.

Experience

Before joining VANDENBULKE, Jeremy served for more than six years in the Corporate and M&A practice of a leading law firm in Luxembourg and previously trained at international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg. During his career, he also took up several secondment assignments to the legal team of the Luxembourg offices of one of the world’s largest global investment firms.
