Our firm’s corporate team led by partner, Selim SOUISSI, together with Jérémy DA SILVA REIS and Dalva TEIXEIRA GIRARD in collaboration with our colleagues from CORNET VINCENT SEGUREL assisted the French packaging distributor RAJA in its successful acquisition of the RETIF group with the intention of expanding its distribution network. Our team provided comprehensive advice on all Luxembourg corporate issues that arose during the acquisition process.
