VANDENBULKE was selected to assist the largest real estate investment managers in the world with nearly USD 20 billion of assets under management. We were asked to provide assistance in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of seven Polish logistics centers.

VANDENBULKE’s role consisted in assisting the  Group with the structuration of the financing transaction to ensure optimized financing as well as the negotiation of Luxembourg law aspects of the financing consisting of the usual global Luxembourg security package.

VANDENBULKE was further involved in helping the Real Estate Group to finance internally a portion of the re-financing by providing advanced tax and corporate re-structuring advice.
