VANDENBULKE advised Monsson the leading Romanian developer in the renewable energy market in this landmark sale transaction to Rezolv Energy, a company backed by British investment fund Actis.

The firm advised on corporate and financing aspects relating to the sale of Monsson development rights for a projected 1,044 GW photovoltaic park in Arad county, western Romania, intended to be the largest of its kind in Europe to date.
