Still brighter future for VANDENBULKE with new hire

The tax practice of VANDENBULKE is boosted with the hire of Frédéric Paget. Frédéric started his career at Citibank and KPMG, where he practiced as a senior tax consultant in the international tax department. Prior to joining VANDENBULKE, Frédéric Paget was a senior lawyer at the Kaupthing bank (now Banque Havilland) where he was in charge of the international tax business of the bank. “Frédéric brings to VANDENBULKE the kind of unique blend of finance and tax practice that we particularly like to cultivate at the firm” said Denis Van den Bulke. “Tax practice must be realistic, pragmatic and cost-effective. Past Luxembourg practices are obsolete and international investors are in search of nimble solutions to optimize adequately their profit structure for the long run. Being a banker and a tax specialist is the perfect profile to understand that tax strategy involves seizing opportunities while remaining rationale”. With the arrival of Frédéric Paget, VANDENBULKE consolidates further its third core practice of Tax, aside Corporate and Finance law. These latter practices will also directly benefit from this strategic hire.
